
GOS Ceramics Scintillator
Gd₂O₂S (GOS) ceramic is a high-performance, cadmium-free industrial scintillator with a density of 7.34 g/cm³. It features low afterglow below 0.1% at 3 ms, ~27000 ph/MeV light yield and strong X-ray stopping power. Its 510 nm emission perfectly matches silicon photodiodes, making it widely adopted in medical CT, security inspection and neutron imaging fields.
OST Photonics can customize the production of various one-dimensional and two-dimensional arrays as well as other irregular-shaped GOS ceramic scintillators.
