CaF2 Substrate
Calcium fluoride (CaF2) crystal has a wide light transmission range (good light transmission performance in the wavelength range of 0.13μm~10μm), low stress birefringence (no obvious intrinsic birefringence above 200nm), uniform refractive index, stable mechanical properties, non-deliquescent, and strong against radiation damage. It is an ideal material for making various optical windows, prisms and lenses.
